Get straight through rear mufflers,the factory ones are super restrictive which also makes them super quiet,if its auto it will have afm and you will want to get that turned off,afm kicking in and out sounds terrible with aftermarket mufflers/exhaust. Does the a6 in performance mode start in 2nd gear from a standing start if you just let the trans shift itself? I only have ever driven ford 6 speed autos and they start in 2nd gear in perf mode unless you shift manually then you can select first gear.

Just finished fitting the new seat foam and cover,best mod ive done to this car:) The difference in comfort is like night and day. So much easier to change over than I thought. Thanks for everyones help and advice.cheers

Bit of an update,i ended up just buying a new 2015 ssv seat cover,looks to have some plastic type hook over fixings sewn to the bottom of the cover that may hook onto the seat frame so im going to have a crack at fitting it myself,theres even piping sewn into the underside of the cover that...

Its the cats helping make it louder. If they are 100 cell cats you may as well have no cats,they are there for looks mostly,maximum flow and noise to go with it. The noise difference between the same cat back system with stock cats and 100 cell cats is huge. Edited

That's perfect imo,i don't know why everyone doesn't do 3.9 gears. Diff gears are very underrated as a mod I think,on a basically stock car diff gears make a pretty decent difference in acceleration and only doing around 2000rpm at highway speeds how can you go wrong. cheers

Ive never removed a seat from a car with seat airbags before,should the battery be disconnected to stop chances of the airbags being deployed like when removing a steering wheel with airbag? cheers

Flange cone gasket/donut gasket,its all coming back to me now,i think my xd with a x flow was the last time I saw one of these fitted,cant believe holden still use them! I guess they are still quite effective.
