Just had the NRMA fit a new battery to my VF2 Calais V8. All OK according to their readout on the day. On the road afterwards the voltage readout initially varied between 12.5 and 14.5. the readout now seems to have settled at 15. Is this a good reading or should it be lower bearing in mind this...

I believe the injector problem is independent of whatever fuel you use. Its more an electrical failureof the injector

If you have a heavy foot then theyd need changing earlier of course

So what does Holden recommend as far as Maintenance or replacement of the timing chain in any VF commodore. My impression has always been that, in normal service, a timing chain in any vehicle does not require replacement

And if you do try to remove them, some will invariably snap their ends and become unusable. Then its a case of do I have enough left to safely reattach the fitting lol

Under normal driving conditions the annoying sound is an advantage. It reminds you to fasten your seatbelt. Its annoying for a very good reason!
