    So two cars we know of running low 13 stock,id say uncommon for sure,most run around 13.6-14 stock. Biggest commodore site in aus,anybody else heard of or seen stock vf 6.0 running that quick?

    One of the best mods i did to my wagon,picked up a few tenths with diff gears,wouldnt have run a 12 without the diff gears. Best bang for buck mod on any na combo imo :)

    Cost me around 250 to get mine fitted a couple years ago,change diff ratio in tune as well,it was a new genuine 3.7 so it already had oil in it. lsx powertrain in perth did it,cradle doesnt need to come out,only couple hours work.

    Stock ss wheels come up on fb marketplace for cheap regularly,cheapest factory vf mag wheels imo,the 18s im guessing.Pick up a set even here in perth the rip off state for less than a grand easy with good tyres.

    Just went out to the shed and checked mine because i was curious,its locked.(button wont open the tailgate) I didnt have the key in my pocket and my wagon hasnt been unlocked for about a week,if that makes a difference.

    I just drove my brand new 3.7 holden lsd,changed out the factory filled oil after 1000km,no issues. I only ever did figure 8s to bed the cones on a ford m78 lsd,as directed by wa diff centre.

    The second ones are basically 340 kw vf hsv extractors with hi flow cats and would bolt straight up but certainly arent ideal for making the most power,first ones look alright but for the price the fitment may not be great,you never know.

    The stock diff gears arent even suited to the tiny stock l77 dod cam,they are fitted purely for highway economy. Id count on at least 3.45 diff gears to get the most from either of those cams off idle,maybe even 3.7 or 3.9. Id say the cam with more duration and lift would sound lumpier.

    I did full new exhaust, tune and otr for 3 g so it can be done,tune and otr is around 1200,exhaust was close to 2g. To do it for that price you need to source and fit the exhaust yourself. If you want a popular internet loved exhaust it will be 5 g minimum:) Tbh id stay away from factory...

    Apparently doing wheel alignments is a black art that only rocket scientists are capable of doing.... so rare to get a good alignment these days..... Toe and go is what is passed off as an alignment these days,unless you specifaically ask for a full alignment,then you pay for it too.
