your rough idle is coming from either a bad fuel pump/clogged line, or your alternator is on the way out. I had the same issues for about 6 months before alternator died. once replaced no rough idle issues

I had my alternator done when i started the car it said no fuel then the fuel guage went to full (didnt have a full tank) then started dropping dramatically after a short drive. Is this normal is it reseting itself?
