So took a further look around the clutch pedal, it appear when the clutch is pressed in the plate holding it moves. Either the plate affixed to the firewall is broken or loose which could be causing the rubber to move / unseal could this be the problem? Thanks.

Will check that out, i did have the car parked on a slight angle with the nose up i drive it maybe once a week i have since switch car around with nose down and it appears im not getting water in the cabin at a huge rate i used too but its still coming in somehow.
