Hey ive been going through the same immobilizer dramas. I just want to bypass the immobilizer, install a starter button but keep the key for On/off . I can get the car to starter motor to turn by bridging the starter relay, but the engine doesnt start. What further steps do i need to take?

Has anyone successfully bypassed an immobilizer on a vr? If so, how? Mine is playing up and i just want to bypass the damned thing. If i install a memcal without vats, will this definitely do it?

Does anyone know how to disable an immobilizer on a VR (no im not stealing one, it's mine) my VR is permanently immobilized. I've tried taking the engine fuse out, and disconnecting the battery. I can override the immobilizer by turning the key to ON, waiting 45min, then turning it to start. But...
