Got nothing else to do at the moment so I have paid for one of these OBDI USB ALDL interface cables.
Cheaper than the diagnostic check service fee from the local Holden dealership, so we will see how it goes on my old laptop once the cable arrives.

I installed the PCM and throttle body last week. Swapped over the ICV and EGR valves after cleaning.
The difference this combination has made to the drivability of my little V6 engine is amazing.
I am really pleased with the install.

They made 190kW out of the VZ SV6 with the 3.6l engine, so I guess a few more changes and we will be around there.

All I know is that its a damn sight better. Rather search for the right PDF than use the Haynes manual I bought.
