I have fitted full hm system to my uncles ss (minus cats) also mafless LS1 edit, k&n filter with hsv throttle body and intake = 255kw at wheels. also got hm's on my vs v6 - no complaints on either.

make sure all stop light are working as run through the same circuit. will the crs light come up on cluster when turned on? when driving and trying to set the cruise does the 2nd light flash on?

68 usually means trans slipping. check oil level and condition first - if ok then see trans specialist.

If the fan only works on high it will be the heater fan resistor located behind the glove box and a couple of other trims. If the fan doesn't work at all then it will be the blower motor/fan itself.

what codes does the computer have stored in it? Will help with the diagnosis.

did you get the new BCM (computer) programmed by Holden (only one's that can do it). The BCM needs to be programmed, new key remotes will need to be programmed and BCM to PCM link needs to be done before it will start.

Nic, They are King Spring Low's for your VB - VP V8 Commodore. The DS means that spring is for the drivers side.

Oh and by the way in the VS models there is not breakpoint or date range that they were fitted to. VT on are standard deep pan.

also make sure the globes are in the correct way and the right sort of globe.

back the handbrake off under car - 2 x 13mm spanners required. once loosened off should be able to get discs off - may still need to used a lever bar to help get disc off. Suspect inside rear rotor the handbrake shoe has worn a groove in disc and that's why you can't get the disc off.

what sort of brake pads you running in the rear? also look at the pad surface and see if covered in "pitt" marks, if so then pads have been too hot and are suffering "graunche" - usually happens on fronts more than rears. i would recommend Bendix GCT pads for the rear - which are DB1086GCT...
