fault code came up as 12, normal.

i put my amp and sub side by side just behind the seats, so i still have heaps of space.

legaly you cant go more then 2 sizes from stock. since the calais come with 16s and all from factory, you can put 18s no problem.

just fitted a whiteline strut i got for 100bucks.. more then happy with the handling and cornering. Steering feels firmer and more stable. ive also got a lot of suspension work done which is probably why it made a big difference.

road saftey finaly opend up.. manged to call in. anyone who wants to know proper regulations. you can have different rims/tyres on a car as long as they are made for that car, and you have to have same rim/tyre on same axel.

my boot was leaking for ages.. only on the right side and i couldnt figure it out. finally figured it out.. screwed up the little rubber knobs under the lid to sit lower - so the lid would closer tighter. Also the metal hook in which the boot lock closes on, that was banged down jus a little so...

if anyone knows the vicroad rules and regulations for different rim/wheel combination on a car. ie. 17" 235/45 on the fronts and 15" 205/65 on the rears. only thing ive heard is that wheel combinations are legal as long as both rear tyres are the same and both front tyres are the same...

maybe it wasnt as accurate.. what you said is normal. fan kicks in at half way and cools it until it gets to one line down. the more you idle the hotter it gets and rises.. which is an endless loop of the fan cooling it down and it rising. dont stress ;)

spare shouldnt cost to much.. just by a retread or second hand with a bit of meat on it. For someone to come and instal a new window can be expensive $200~, so you got it right by looking for second hand. not to sure on prices.

hey fellers.. mate of mine was talking about this mod he got off ebay, you tape it on the air sensor that runs to the airbox so the sensor doesnt sit in the airbox any more. some kind of resistor that fools the sensor into thinking its not getting enough air so it sucks in more which is...
