I'm sure there's something on here about removal. VR/VS are the same and its a bit of a bitch...you have to take off like 3 or 4 panels just to get to the head unit. 1. Plastic panel drivers side under the steering...just plastic pop screws 2. Glovebox...with that annoying plastic bolt in it...

Even though they are generic brands...they should come with manuals that show what colour wires are for what (i.e left speaker or remote). With a garnish for a VT??? (just looking at your sig there)...I'm not sure...there might be garnishes that you can get at audio places and maybe even some on...

I had this sorta problem in my VK...not sure if its the same thing...but it sounds like it. Try a new fuel regulator...I got mine tested and was told that it was just flooding...letting in too much fuel. This could be your problem...either too much or not enough...hope this helps...

I'm not sure what the rears are...but I recenty put in 6.5" kickers in the rear. They don't fit normally so I spent like $4 to get some MDF spacers and they worked real nice. It sorta hits the parcel shelf a little...or the parcel shelf rests on it whatever...but it doesn't seem to affect any...

VK 202 EFI's are shocking on fuel. Something about the car either not suckin enough air or too much or something. Mine was doing about 22L/100kms and as high as 31L/100kms...even after the injectors were cleaned, fuel pump changed, fuel regulator changed, new spark plugs, new engine temp sensor...

Had a VK Berlina 202 EFI myself a while ago. Had aftermarket extractors, 2.5" exhaust all the way thru, mild cam, strengthened auto and K&N air filter. It went better than a lot of other VK's, but I can't say it was fantastic. It used to chew a hell of a lot more in petrol though...damn 202's...
