I did pull the terminal, but it comes back on first ignition. I've been told that it's a checksum error due to changing the PPK code, i'l get it fixed when I get a tune.

They are expensive new, either get one second hand for dirt cheap, or just make one yourself. I payed $50 for the YT pipe and an already cut airbox.. it's a basic design, but it works well.

Well I got mine from YT on a group buy for less than $600, but normal price is $745.

I have always owned Calais but I have always seen it as: Exec - ****, only worth buying if you are on a tight budget, or don't actually care about the car and just need something to get around. Berlina - Much much better than the exec, has all of the useful options like power windows etc...

Personal opinion I would go with the yella terra ones as they have a roller tip, but you will pay a bit more.

The pod should be pretty loud. I am using the Yella Terra CAI (Big fat pipe) with a 10psi pulley and it whines much louder.

Cold Air Intake will let you hear the whine better, smaller pulley (87mm for a stocker) will make it whine louder. Check out MACE Engineering (Easy to find on Ebay) or Yella Terra.

Sounds like it might be a supercharger, would need to have a closer look.

Hey I was thinking the same thing a while ago for my vx calais and after lots of research I decided the best option was a Mongoose M80. Viper I think are mostly flashy and not that secure, other brands like Rhino and Black Widow are supposed to be good, some other brands again are too expensive...

Whoa... massive grave digging! Anyway... FIT (v6supercharged.com) are not the only place to get upgrades for the L67, and (In my opinion) they are overpriced compared to other sources such as Yella Terra or MACE engineering.
