Went drag racing again tonight. Finally got a 12 second pass. First run. 12.714 @108mph 2nd run. 12.715 @107mph 3rd run. 12.741 @108mph 4th run. 12.820 @105mph The car ran sweet all night and was launching nice and smoothly.

With really sticky tires on I get a bit of tramp. Was worse with the manual. I only really get it on the strip when coming out of the water after the burnout.

I did a head gasket out at the drags a few weeks ago. So while I was replacing the engine I put a 3000rmp dominator stall in. All back together now. The new engine sounds healthy so I'll see how it goes in a few weeks at the next test and tune.

New manifold wont be going on this car. They are going on another car I'm doing up. The wagon is being replaced. But for now the new injectors needed more fuel.

Turbo is way better than the little loud sc14s. Looking good mate. I'm in the same boat. Just waiting for the fuel pump to turn up. Everything else is ready. Just got to connect the hoses and wiring.

Hey my Turbo died due to a bit of metal inside the manifolds finding its way to the Turbo and stopping it from spinning. The flogged out bushes from no bov proberly didn't help. Lol.

If it goes above 40 with a different tune in the ecu then there is something wrong with your tune or ecu, maybe.

My whole current setup will be for sale in a few weeks. Including the twin throttle. Everything but, Turbo, Intercooler, oil feed lines, map sensor and tune.

If the pistons are the weak link and only rated to 150kw how come in every engine falure i have had, that was rotating assembly falure, only once has a piston broke. bent and broke a few rods. I believe they are the week point. oh and the one broke wasnt at the little arrow.

Do you have two of them turbos? That is way to small, It will choke the engine. As for boost and standard engines, the engine in my wagon has accidendly seen over 20psi for possibly weeks due to a split vacume line feeding boost control and boost gauge. still runs fine.
