yep used cam tools, funny u say flouro texta coz i got one just for this time 5th attempt at it, this time i found a reference to sidi engine having different timing marks from bank 1 to bank 2 so this morning stripped it all down again and reset chains to sidi engine and ive had some success...

also had computer reboot and software update at holdens

wet test has all cylinders at 190 psi, took it to holden dealer who tells me after 200 bucks ,," timing is out" , after four attempts at setting these chains, twice i have an extra set of eyes on the procedure, the last time step by step through the manual, everything still exactly the same...

update... sorry its taking so long to sort this. i took timing cover off and redone chains reassembled and still have same issues. done a dry compression test lh bank all at 190 rh at 150, will do wet, oil, test and recheck but all codes point to lh bank misfires so low compression on rh side...

im supposing ill be taking the cover off to check the timing setup, thanks ill post when i know more
