Update on Hard Start If the car is left to stand when hot for say 1 hour, then it can be hard to start, but not as bad as when it is cold. :bang: If it is cold or hot and I have just started it and then turn it off. It will usually start without a problem if I try to restart immediately.

It sounds to me like one of the repairs has come undone - check connections, connections, connections. I recently had a similar problem when starting. Changed the CT sensor and that fixed it. It may be that your new sensor has a problem and is failing or its connection is sus.

I replaced all the relays as a set Thanks DSTRBD, but I replaced all the relays as a set some weeks ago after I found that a few were giving occational problems. After I did that I did notice a destinct improvement in other little things, but it did not effect the hard starting problem.

Another thought .... As your running duel fuel pumps - these operate through a 15 amp fuse. If the pumps are operating through the one circuit then they are probably overloading the fuse - Buuuut, if you go to a 30 amp fuse then that may overload other parts of your electrics eg the main fuse...
