not entirely correct .... if the brake pedal pulsates under braking it is more likely to be the front rotors as 70% of braking force is on the front rotors , dont nitpick my replies i am a qualified backyard mechanic .... ha ha.....cheers.

If your steering wheel shudders or shakes , the problem would be tyres maybe with wheels out of balance or steering or suspension fault . if the brake rotors are warped you will feel them pulsing thru the brake pedal when you apply brakes.
