Well, went got a new coil, that didn't work, so started pulling the dash apart, then went to show a mate what it was doing just after i removed the cluster, and it started straight away. so figured it from there...

ok.. well an update...Car started today. It's when the instrument cluster is in, is when it won't start, as soon as u pull it out, it starts, plug it in when car's running and it dies.... Any ideas on that one?

ok, well can now rule out the ignition module. Got another from a mate and still no good.... Also, noticed that park lights are on when the key is turned to the on posistion.... any idea's on that one? There are no error codes coming up, just comes up with code 12. And haven't touched anything...

Ok, well it's not geting spark at all... tried straight of the coil and all....

yeah, was thinkin that i should check over everything inside...

Um, well i made sure all the leads were connected and checked the relays under the bonnet, and can hear them click when i turn on the ignition. Haven't checked much else...

nah, don't want to roll it down the road to just have it not start.. Gotta be a better solution i think....

Ok, well i've had the battery in y car disconnected for bout a month now while i've been doing changes to the interior. Anyway, went to start it today, and the car is turning over and what not, but isn't actually starting. If anyone can help would be greatly appreciated! The car is a VS series 2...

Hi... My temperature gauge has stopped working... So im thinkin temp sender unit? If anyone has a different idea, all ideas would be appreciated. Anyway, dont know where the sender unit is located... Its a 5 litre if that helps.. thanks

When i done my gemini ages ago... I used vht vinyl dye... Did try a vinyl spray, but peeled, so bought the dye and that worked million times better....

Im not sure if its the same deal, but when i was debadging my car i used a heat gun, then the sticky stuff left over i just removed with wax and grease remover. Worked a treat, was going to try same process for side strippings.
