    Best way is to have a 10mm allan key on a socket, but you cant get onto 1 of them, so you need a right angle allan key and use a ring spanner on it to give you extra leverage, Remember to put loctite back onto the threads, you dont want them to come loose

    It may have been a Telstra vehicle, upper management were given a car allowance, so they could choose any vehicle they wanted, I work at a Holden dealership, and we had a couple of Telstra workers that had vt,vx gen3 executives.     did you buy the car secondhand, it looks like it had the auto headlights on option fitted. Maybe Telstra or some other government owned it. Just looked at your pic again, and i can see the little black box in the back ground, so yer it did have auto headlights fitted.

    In your first pic you can see 2 of the 3 retaining torx screws, Remove the mirror, fit up the new mirror into place then start the screws by hand, it looks like you have been given the right mirror.

    You need to remove the black sealant to uncover the 3 torx heads screws that hold the mirror in place. When fitting the new mirror, make sure to fit it up correctly with the seals in the correct position berfore tightening as it will leak water/air.

    The statos and calais have 2 horns, a high and a low note horn that work in tandem. The wiring is there for both, cant remember which side is which , but they're there either side in front of the wheel/next to the radiator.

    They can take more than 5mins,when you rotate balance and torque the wheel nuts,especially with larger mag wheels.

    There shouldnt be an extra charge for the wheel balance as its part of any KM service on VZs and is included in the labour charge. Be asking for it to be done and my money back.

    More than likely you got pieces of telflon floating around the system and everynow and then it blocks up and you loose power assistance, mainly in the pressure relief valve in the pump. The only way to completely fix is to overhaul pump and rack, and flush the lines and check the power assist...
