oh and also... i blew a radio fuse by accident when i was installing it... i think i used a donor ABS fuse to power it when it was installed. Come to think of it, the car stopped on me mate when he touched the brakes (ABS fuse under dash pulled out)... the ABS fuse has since been replaced though...

Yep mate, make sure its RIGHT IN THERE. or it stops the box short by half an inch lol. and once you've got to getting the box on, u dotn wanna take it all out to get to the spigot. Use a socket about the same size and hammer it home.

yes exactly right, same with me, i find wiring isnt really hard in car until u get 1 thats got a knick in it and is earthing out under your kick or in your roof lining LOL - THATS when u get the shits lol. My courtesy light desided to do this as i remember lol.

yep, listen i installed 2 different units since i got my vk mate, its fairly simple stuff. As per wiring, test the wires usuing a multimeter. 1 wire will have 12 volts ALL THE TIME, and another wire will only have 12 Volts when the ignition is on. (the one all the time is for memory of radio...

lol...hmmm, i dunno, im thinking more efi v8 in a couple of years, wont waste money on rb30 coversion or pour money into modding the black 202. im happy to leave it as is, looking sounding and going nice. not exactly a race winner, but im happy enough, i expect to put in an efi v8 in about a year.
