7.30 4 weatbix with milk no sugar like a champ.
10.30 up & go drink.
12.30 brown rice and 185g of tuna.
5:00 an apple.
5.30 gym
6.30 veggies with chicken.
later on gunna have some crackers and cottage cheese and off to bed.
and been drinking water all day.

Alright boys just came back from the shops and **** just got real.
As of tomorrow im on a mass diet and no eating fatty foods anymore.
even walked past the soft drinks and passed the vanilla cokes..
fk that was the hardest part for me!
gunna go to the gym tomoz and feel the burnnnn.
