ok then, good stuff, i already have a dvd player and flip out monitor, which has the av in.... i know they over heat a fair bit, so i just was wondering if any one has installed one and had trouble with it in the glove box or anywhere??.... thanks for your help

got one installed on my vz ss, its got a great "growl", but if i got any increases in power, i dunno???, alot of people rekon they are shi%, i would go an otrcai and a tune....

what exhaust should i put on my vz to get the most power and make it loud and actually sound like a roaring v8???, tri-y headers?,

is it simple to use, ihave a fair understanding of engines, and i can build a computer from the ground up, but not to sure if i can use this software, what can u do with it?, what do u mean by the advantages and disadvantages?, how much is it and where can i get it from?

i rekon it would be good, to be able to tune and detune your car when ever you like for $995.00 i think it would be a good investment.....

i'de like to know what it is and what it does?, these ls1 flash tuners you just plug em in and 35 seconds later it tunes your pcm, u can switch back and forth from 3 different settings and you can make your own settings, and switch back to your factory settings when ever u please, it seems...

i have a avx5000 dvd player in my vz and its amazing!!!, good gear, sound quality is unreall...

his brother owns a performance shop with a dyno so he has access to it when ever.....he only had the car 2 weeks and put it on the dyno, it read 252.7kw, he was told to take the rear muffler out and he did,and it read 256.8kw, so i dunno what the go is...if the centre mufflers were takin out and...

has anyone else had experience with this?

a mate has a 2005 vz ss and he cut the rear muffler box out (just before the tip), and he put it on the dyno and make 5kw more, is this possible??, would it improve it or loose power?, would anyone know, or the dyno was reading wrong??;)

oh ok, so really im just risking it?, can it be re written back to factory settings?, if there are such big risks with a tune why do so many people get it done?, a cant imagine a pcm being cheap if one would have replace one?, i think i might just have think about it lol, thanks

i have a 2005 vz ss commodore, i'm thinking of getting a mail order tune done... will this affect my warrenty, since its nothing pysical holden wont be able to tell????, also how much does a OTRCAI cost?, thanks

yeah those tail lights look good as for the cold air induction, what is a OTRCAI or a MCAI with 2 hole mod????

its manual, with growler cold air induction, and the sports exhaust from the cats back from holden, probly worth putting extractors all the way through but.. its ment to have 250kw stock, the growler kit added 12kw, but this is claimed, ide like to put it on a dyno and tune it... i'm near mudgee...

does anyone know if the clear style or any other style tail lights for the vz ss are available??, do they make them?, thanks, and also i have fitted and exhaust and cold air intake so far, what else can i do for power without pulling the engine apart???, thanks for any ideas and help cheers:driving:

do the vy's have the same specs as the vz??, can only find the vy 2 manual.. this is a pain in the neck trying to find anything to do with the vz lol, would the ecu wiring be the same at the vz?

vz ss does anyone know where the pulse wire is on the 2005 vz ss commodores?, or where i can get a wiring diagram for the ecu???:bang:
