Well obviously if you are running a setup that is a fair amount more in terms of power than standard, the factory fuel system will be able to keep up only so much, ie the injectors may not be able to deliver enough petrol for the extra power, similar principle to a stock fuel pump maxing or not...

The 044 is an external inline pump, but can be mounted in tank if youre keen..

Bit of a long shot but theres a body control module somewhere...i had that problem too, they sometimes play up. Just an idea if youve already eliminated everything else.

Call a suspension place or something like that. They should be able to tell you exactly how much each certain spring will drop it, all u need to do is tell them your current ride height F + R, and how much u want to lower it.

Do a quick search on google about sub enclosures. You can find everything u need to know about boxes i would think.

If you're going to Holden get a VY or VZ set. They look even better than a VS badge, alot sharper, nice lines.

bottoming out - when the suspension cannot lower anymore, no more travel, eg hitting the bump stops. fix - dont lower it! or not as much. But im sure it looks good so just live with it.

You could try using a Rust Converter product if you have rust, works a treat. Its thin too so you could seep it into the cracks..
