what do you mean by tighten the connector? isnt there already a locking lug on the connector to stop it coming off.......and you cant backprobe the wires out to ajust the pin tension?

the vapour line is a bit tricky when trying to disconnect it,you should disconnect it from the "box" aka charcoal canistor,there will be 2 lugs on either side of the hose fitting,pull on the hose"slightly" and lift the lugs outwards one by one with a screwdriver:)

it sounds like the cd player has locked up,what you have to do is either remove the headunit for roughly 30 seconds,or disconnect the battery for 30 sec,u will find once it has been disconnected it will automatically eject the cd once re-connected,if this fault happens alot you should take it...

usually if your plug fouls up it mean poor spark,but it can also be caused by rich fuel mixture and/or poor combustion,a spark plug lead on its way out will gradually foul a spark plug. if the plug fouls again you have another fault causing the plug issue ;)

unfortunantly you have what the call a dual mass flywheel and they arnt machineable,for a complete clutch kit "genuine" your looking at about $1800that includes clutch plate,pressure plate,and flywheel. i dont think ud get a decent 2nd hand flywheel. you can convert your dual mass flywheel...

too norrow down the problem what you have too do is when all the dash lights are on and the fault is present,disconnect the abs module,if all your lights go out,except the abs and the trac, you have found the faulty module.......easy peasy.

no bluapunkt headunits fitted to vy are mp3 compatable,if you burn a cd from downloaded or copied files they will automatically be converted into a normal cd (not mp3) u have to have a special mp3 format so it will reduce the quaility of music for the sake of quantity,so you can fit 100 songs...

there is a tacho output wire from the rear of the instrument cluster,all you have too do is remove the instrument cluster and the wire colour for a v6 executive is brown/red hope this helps
