I had a very similar problem where once everything was warmed up the revs wouldnt go below 1000 rpm when slowing down, it ended up being the torque converter, I cant remember the exact problem but it fixed the issue.

They wont kick in till about 109c usually unless you have it tuned to come on earlier, if they are working with the AC on then all is good with them.

go to a wrecker like pick a part or something like that and learn by taking apart one of the doors there, take some basic tools ( phillips and flat head screwdrivers and a socket kit) you will be surprised what you can learn from doing it your self

It wont be air in the line, recheck the injector connections, check the o-rings as well as they might not be seated correctly and will be sucking air past them, disconnect the injectors while the engine is running to locate which ones are causing the issue, it could also just be a faulty...

A mate of mine did this a few years ago only he used adjustable J pipes and basically spent a whole day driving up and down the freeway adjusting the J pipes till the drone was at a minimum, in the end he got the drone down to 2 or 3 db below the stock rear SS mufflers.

Are you changing to a SSV front or a calais front as they use different fog lights

AFM might of been tuned out, I know mine disapeared when I got the car tuned

you might have a trapped air bubble near the sensor, try bleeding the system and see if that helps

Both the same really, Harrop has metal clips to hold it together while the VCM has tabs that slot in to hold it together.

it looks like you can put a single din pocket in the bottom of it, which would help if you have a single din with a large screen like the Sony or a Pioneer or Kenwood

sounds more like an insurance issue, have you contacted them to tell them what's happened? seems a bit sus that 20min after you get it back the engine cooks its self.

that looks more like a rear muffler with water in it, which can be normal to blow a little bit of water out if your just washed your car or its a cold morning and you have some condensation

replace them and see how you go, the first 2 codes you put up indicate it could be them.

V6 or V8? have you checked the battery, have you replaced the oxygen sensors?

some times a dying battery can cause that issue so it might be a good idea to replace that first then at least you know the battery is fresh

usually its upper in lower out, but it usually doesnt really matter

have you blead all the air out from the cooling system? you could still have an air pocket that causing it to overheat

Like Krusing states, dont go low if your in the country, however you could try coilovers and raise them up to standered hight.

just having gone through all this you will need the TCM from your old Transmission for it to work unless you can get it to a tuner who can match the new TCM to the ECM. At the end of the day its much easier to get your trans rebuild if it needs it and/or replace all the valve bodies.

unless you have tuning software you wont be able to tell if its tuned or not, take it to a proper tuning place and get them to check it

nope, its a different base and connectors for the electronics

yes it fits, its a very tight fit though but it can be done, I found it easier to take the headlight assembly out to make it fit
