nah my mate has 20's on his. never been hassled by the cops and yes they fit. 18's would fit no problems.

i would say its just a temp or oxygen sensor, best bet is to just re install it close to the pod on the pipe??

My mate had/has this problem. Now hes car is out of action. When it is in gears and he accelerates all it does is rev and doesnt go anywhere. Could these problems be linked someone?? cheerz

yeah i thought headlights were the same, i think the main difference is just the introduction of the ecotec.

It might not be something as big, sounds to me like a extractor gasket... if so it will cost you $8.50 to get a newy haha

nah ive got it off now, but that same side is a pain to put on!! ive got all new gaskets so it should be full sealed! it looks like something to do with power steering that is in the way!? anyone else done this before?! arghhh its such a pain!!!

Hey have any of you guys fitted extractors/headers yourself? im stuck! im finding it difficuilt to undo the bolts on the right side where the cat and extractors meet? anyone found a way around this?? please help out if u can.cheers

I fixed mine this afternoon, all i did was undo the screws underneath the steering column and took off the bottom plate, I then sprayed wd-40 in the bearing to lube it up! the dry scraping noise has stopped. i dont know how long it will stop it for, im guessing i will need to grease it up or...

you can undo the strut brace quite easily, i just finished cleaning my throttle body, was full of **** but didnt really feel a difference..

I hooked them up to my ciggy lighter, its the brown/white wire that is by itself and ran a 5amp fuse straight from it( i think neons are about 3amp so you dont need a huge fuse) EVERYBODY JUMP ON THE NEON BANDWAGON! :bow:

yeah mine are 18x8 and they guy said thats fine. im only on 3rd party i dont know if that plays a part. im under 25 so i dont want full comp ill be paying like 1000 a year..

Im running superlows with 18's, mine looks about the same height or a bit lower as boojak87.I think any lower and i would get defected and also the wheels would rub..

Hey fellas, what cold air intake setups have you got on your car? I have been looking on ebay and you can get the basic holden setup for around $60 which is meant to give 30% more intake. But i think it would be cheaper to run my own pipe and mod my filter box. What do you guys rekon? Cheers
