yeah there was a thread about in a few weeks ago (couldnt find it maybe it was in vz sub forum) and a few people had run the wiring from the center light using a coat hanger under the trim

apparently only the cars which have the lights come with the wiring.

in two working VY's there would be no problems swapping over the clusters but i would be careful putting a working cluster into your car before checking it isnt a short somewhere that has damaged you cluster. if hitting it brings it good i would have thought it would be a physical problem...

i would use the mobile phone connector for the exciter. the yellow wire is the accessory power. FYI red is permanent power and black is ground (you probibly could have guessed that) and pink is radio mute which amy be handy for your UHF install

with the cop mode you do lose the speed alert but in its place you get digital speed and speed trap which is when you press set it saves your current speed which can be accessed with the arrow key. also when in cop mode and digital speedo is showing the radio display will not be show on the console.

i would leave the rear where it is maybe drop the front to ssl but i think it looks good as is
