ive been in both cars the vr is more aggressive but the ef has much more power especially high in the revs. the dude in the ef rekons his rust buket pulls 15.8.

What will be faster in a drag too about 0 till about 150km/h a vr commodore or a ef Falcon(both auto)? The reason im asking is because my mates are going to drag and betting money on it.

the cars got about 155k but the engine is in good nik. i stalled it up to about 2000rpm, my best time of 8.1 was bout 1/4 tank of petrol and min weight possible (sub taken out and no one in the car) but like immortality said before it has more traction with the weight at the back

what 0-100 times can you run with a stock vn? i cant seem to break in to the 7 second mark, heres what i got: 8.3, 8.1, 8.5 (note; its an auto). ive herd of stock vn'z getting into 7 second mark has any one done this???

that is true, fords i6 always had more power then holdens. the place where fords suffer most is the stupid long 1st gear on the auto. my car is stock vn v6 and i can beat my brothers fiarmont ef all day 0-100, why? because by the time im up in the revvs in second he will still be in 1st. thats...

has any one ran quicker the 16.3 in a stock vn?

i had 15 tires, and deflated them to about 14psi(a little too low i think), literly pushed the brake and put the other foot to the floor, when i took of i had a tiny bit of wheel spin, not bad for a 1st time drag.

i dragged my brothers fairmont ef(same engine as a el) in my vn, i had him on take-off but he passed me after about 80km/h. at about 170km/h he was 1-2 car lengths in front. but on the lights till speed limit we shoud win. most e-series fords get beatn by vnz not because of their weight its...

i did it at Heathcote, didnt want to go calder because its a lil embrassing taking a stocker there with the big crwods, fast cars and all.

its got 150,000 on the clock and is auto. there was a vs or vr not sure that was doing 17.4(stocker), so if my car can beat his and his is a couple years newer im happy

i draged my vn 400m(completly stock only got a lsd), and i ran a time of 16.3 im pretty happy with that for a stocker at least. ive got an 2.5 exaust and extractors and maby a new air intake comming on soon. hoping to get mid 15z. wat do use think?
