All fixed - it was a fuse :) Thanks for the suggestion! There's a few different ones, but this one was the one that was labelled (in the manual) "Power windows, Power locks, theft horn". My guess is that I blew the fuse earlier today when it set off somehow.

I'm just wondering that myself - might check it...looking in the manual there's a fuse for the electric windows, power locking, and theft horn all in the one...
