Honestly, i thought it was a load of crap, but I did notice it was better on fuel straight away, BUT!!!! If you open up those 90lb injectors, you can watch the fuel gauge drop!!

Mate it was amazing!! At 1/4 throttle it takes off like a jet, and fuel wise, it was much cheaper to run..... I drive normally Mornington to Dandy and back, and I noticed a tank was lasting an extra day instanly!! Since then, I only drive it once in a blue moon, I bought a Patrol as a daily :-)

Ha Ha, Thanx, Its not my daily any more, but sounds like you seen it go once or twice? Not looking to run it until it has some descent extractors on it, but from the indications from people in the know that have been in it, I should be sitting on a low 12, maybe in the 11's with good rubber :-)

Thanks Josh, As for ideas for the GTS, a whipple is the only way to go, seriously, everyone I have taken in it so far can't believe how it pulls from 1800rpm all the way to the limiter, it pulls no harder at 5000 than it does at 2500, I enormously recommend you save every dollar and use it on...

Not sure mate, It was going to be this week, but I had a bad weekend in the bush and rolled my 4x4, so Senator is now my main car again.........

I'm not overly convinced. Plus I can't get off the shelf Pipes that have 3" Flanges, so it's custom only which I can't see Bang for buck Value. Sure I may get an extra 10 kw, but at what cost?? $1500 Plus :-(

Cheers Mate, Finally the Diff is sorted, G&J Claim it had a cracked Pinion............. So they fitted a new one, and it is now Silent, like it should be!! :-) Car is ready to go back to HPF now, no vibrations, and new diff gears, I really should fit up a set of extractors first, but don't...

OK, just picked it up :-) It drove great for about 5 mins at which point it dropped a cylinder, and then it kept coming back every now and again..... Maybe a sticky Valve like previously described, or possibly electrical, I will check it out over the next few days and see what I can find :-)...

Hi Mate, G & J would not accept the diff without the car, as they claim they need to test drive it etc etc..... I said you get one more go at getting it right, otherwise I'm off to get legal advice :-)) I will drop it back there some time this week.........

Yes mate, Plugs are NGK Iridiums, fitted a few weeks ago, and......... It doesn't have leads :-) Coil Plugs straight into each plug as it sits on top of them.....Yep...:-( ............6 Coils :-(...............

Hmmmmmm, Left Drive shaft went bang last night........ It still drives, but very noisy, I will limp it to work and see who I can get to replace it today, I know G&J will but I will give RVO a call first :-) I will do a big clean up this weekend, and hopefully get a few pix to share :-)

Awesome mate, Thanx 4 the info :-) I have a pretty extensive tool kit, so sockets are no drama, It's just time, I will drive the car to work in the morning, but the inner CV is screwed, Boot is off it, and there is metallic grease going everywhere, I will just baby it, was hoping to drop it off...

Hey guys, Has anyone experienced changing rear axles on an IRS commodore? I turned into my sriveway tonight, and clunk bang, and some binding up in the rear took place, i jacked her up, and sure enough the left hand inner axle CV has given way...... Are these hard to replace? should I leave it...

Mate RVO are neighbours with G&J Diff's!! Same street a few doors up!!

Car went back to G&J diff today, They found a bearing that was no good, replaced it and re set the diff pattern...... New oil etc etc..... Drove it home, and the sound is worse...lol....lol...lol......(GOD DAMN IT) They said my L/H Drive shaft is ready to let go..... I will replace rear wheel...

Yeah Comp was a concern, so 4mm head gaskets were used before the turbo went on...... Believe me, it goes just as hard as my whipple at 10psi..... I'd have to build a bottom end with a good camshaft to get near him once he ups it to 10.............

I'm pretty sure there was some trimming done, but only minimal, original bumper went straight back on :-)
