    I think you'll find they're dish pistons, flat tops dont work in VN-VR V6 unless your chasing 16:1 compression, they have tiny 35-37cc chambers remember. You won't be anywhere near close to PTV, i dont know where you're getting you info but it's all wrong. That cam is a regrind on a stock cam...

    Read it again mate, ran 104.8mph with 263rwhp. Ran a bit over 100mph when i had 247rwhp. There are others on here claiming 291rwhp but only runs 103mph.     My VR V6 n/a manual was around 2.3 60ft on shitty street tyres, then fitted 235/60/15 et streets best so far 1.9. Its hard to not bog it down though even with 5000rpm launch definitely takes some finessing. Best et so far 13.4 @ 103mph.

    Do yourself a favor and take them to Peter at Horsepower Engineering at Capalaba. He did the heads on my 250rwhp n/a v6, has done heaps of rnd does speedway v6's.     Vn/Vp heads have a 37.4cc chamber standard you might want to re measure or someone has hogged the **** out of them previosuly. Vr heads have a 35cc chamber. With my vp heads shaved approx 20thou and oversize ferrea valves fitted i got them to 35cc.

    Looks good mate they respond well to ported heads. On a side note VN/VP heads have a bigger chamber than VR 37.4cc Vs 35cc so you actually lost compression using the VN heads.
