So I assume forged wheels are lighter and stronger than the cast ones. If so I want forged ones now for my VF2 2016, who has them as 2 to 2.5 kg each end is a big difference.

I agree with Mattricho the AMMO guy is good watching and learning. The only problem is when the auto suppliers have specials now I start to think I need that product try it then buy another. Only 9 and 2 were loose (photo from member VT&VX) Maybe they missed the Loctite on these. rest were fine.

I've done 300k on the v6 tightened the intake bolts as they were loose and has solved my oil on radiator cap. But as immortality has pointed out I think in my case as with may others a change is most likely due to the high km. Does anyone have the part number for the alloy one or is the plastic...

Well had same problem with sludge under cap on the old v6 found the 2 intake bolts loose. Every couple of days clean under the cap and found it gets less and less every time. Also found my oil level is stable I was loosing high amount of oil by the time 10k came around. Now oil level stays...

Many thanks Skylarking, I thought it would be the case but its worth investigating. I wanted to integrate a siren with shock sensor(in parallel with bonnet) and then to gsm module. I will keep looking I know there a can bus systems but I don't know anyone who has one to ask.

Wanting to add an external siren to alarm output on VF2. Does anyone know were the alarm module is or were the output wire triggers the horn. In my VX I could just go off the separate alarm horn but from what I have read the alarm uses the one horn for driving and alarm.

What bolts do Holden charge for 300, also how do the T3 rotors go with Ultimate's, I have used T2 with Ultimate's and I found the rotors wear quickly.

I think from memory when you disarm/unlock (when the alarm has gone off)car the indicators will flash a certain amount of times for different zones. so an example would be 3 flashes when turned off = bonnet (just an example) should be in the book somewhere.

Yes I have had the same thing. I have never replaced a lamp or touched the seals as well. I don't drive it much in the rain so only just noticed it. My theory is maybe when they were assembled them at the factory (or somewhere else) the humidity must of been higher say on the day yours were...

I have to agree with monster, in our day to day normal driving you don't get to top end. Usable power from low to 3K would suit me fine.

Yes have the same issue, still ongoing with the dealership. From what I have worked out it has something to do with the sight shield lip. I think the newer version has a higher lip to seal to the rubber better. The dealer ship deny its a problem (heard that before) we cant all be hearing things...

Yes the dealer has said same to me they have not heard anything, they now want me to bring car in to fault for the second time as the first time they said they could not go at 110km any were near the dealership (I could not argue with that as they are not near the freeway). It is strange that...
