I had a manual SS VE for four years; never really liked the responsiveness of it. I've recently upgraded to a manual VF SSV V8, and apart from a few driver errors (I'm almost sixty and hadn't driven a manual V8 for over thirty years:() I absolutely love the feel of driving a manual again.

Lol. Yes, agree one hundred percent. As a young adult, I spent thousands on my 4.2 litre HQ Monaro coupe, to achieve the same results. However, I still wish I owned the Monaro :(

Just wondering Sly_VY (or any other member) is there a definite answer in regards to wether or not the SS Police Vehicles are modified. I always figured it was an urban myth. Especially in regards to engines.
