As other people have said, go the extractors if you can afford it. Really free up the exhaust. I've also heard not to worry about high flow cats unless you're engine is worked or modded at least. The standard cats should do fine. A set of pacies will give it a nice note !!!

One thing to be carefull about is some sommodores have that rubber strip on the under side of the bonnet. If you have that rubber strip you might want to take it off as that can restrict the airflow into the CAI too. Depending on the strip it could block the intake. A very easy job whatever...
