    Cheaper alternative for VE Wiper Blades

    Here’s a little trick I did which made my wiper blades work like new again. I just slid out the rubber blade, then reinserted it the other way around. Works amazing now. Previously it wasn’t wiping in the centre section. Good temporary fix anyway.

    VE 08 SS roof lining

    As a temporary fix I put some thumbtacks along the very front edge (near windscreen). Found tacks a similar colour to the lining and you don’t even see them that far forward. Adhesive won’t work as the foam will all be falling apart behind the lining.

    Have seen VY rims advertised as fitting VE, but generally come with wheel spacers 8mm or so. I’m guessing wheel offset is different VY to VE also?

    When I installed a dash cam to the rear window of my wagon, it lasted about 2 days before I couldn't deal with the poor radio quality. Having the rear camera cables coming close to the aerial is what killed the reception for me.
