I thought this info was common sense but I guess not, if you clear the light and then it comes back then clearly there's a problem, if you want the light gone then perhaps you need to change the O2 sensors....

Knowing my luck I'll ring my local Holden dealer and they'll have no ide what I'm talking about as per usual lol, I'll give them a call and see what they say, will this TCM flash affect my gearbox tune?

As above, I have had the box tuned and I've done the deep pan swap that includes new fluid (well I hope they used new fluid) and a new filter, didn't do anything really, the tune helped a little.

Wish I could say the same about mine, I didn't get it reset but my tuner seems to think it should of learnt on its own by now, it's been fitted for about 6 months

I actually already have done deep pan swap, honestly it did sweet F.A lol so I'm just looking for people that have done one, main concern is the hoses, as the Ve have a kind of lock in tab where as the aftermaket ones is just a screw clamp and I'm worried about the hoses coming off

Occasionally, always has but my main reason for buying one Is because I recently started a new job and I'm in a bit more "stop start" traffic so just want to try keep the box a bit cooler, if it helped with the flailing it would be a bonus

Hey mate, in regards to your reply on my thread about the oil pressure gauge on a ve, I've found a gauge I like with ntp thread, I'm just curious when I fit it do I need to drill anything or will it just screw in? Havnt done an oil pressure gauge before, cheers

I have a bluetooth dongle with dash command, there's no oil reading what so ever? None that I can find anyway. MYVESSV8, Do you know what the thread size is for the spot above the oil filter? so I can try buy the correct sender.

Hey mate I just had this problem with my ssv drivers seat, I pulled the seat out and went over every bolt, it hasnt made another noise

Not a series 2 but in my ve with an aftermarket reverse cam I just got power from the reverse light it's self

It will more than likely need another tune after the extractors and cats are fitted, I had my car tuned before doing that and the light still came on after fitment so it needed to be touched up. But was we'll worth it, the re tune really opens the car up.
