my vy sv8 has a traction control button near the power switches...

where are you located? I know of a few places in Sydney who sell genuine holden bodykits (and much cheaper than holden).

Nah not a fan of the newer kits on older cars....Put a nice VY clubsport kit on your VY...that's what i'd do :)

The v8 in the VN will be the aussie 5.0litre v8, whereas the v8 in the VT can be either the aussie v8 or the 5.7litre chev gen3 ls1. The ls1 puts out more power, i.e. in later model VT's, like 1999/2000, an SS VT has about 200-220kw. These earlier LS1's tand some VX's had some factory issues...

I would just replace the fuel tank...i think its much safer...not sure how long it will last if you just mend it

If you get pulled over , you'll probably be cautioned (be nice though) but like stated, it is illegal to have less seats than the number of passenger that the the car is registered to carry.
