    You could have a small split in the side tanks of the radiator , only leaks when pressure builds up, common fault , replace the radiator & both hoses.

    When You turn ign on the pump will only run for 2 secs, then it stops, until you go to "start engine" ie it only runs continuously when engine is running.

    VZ Steering wheel into a VY

    As long as the rear of the steering wheel hub , engages the clockspring without any force you are sailing!! , some may need to be ground down depending on what clockspring you have ... the VZ clockspring with the illuminated radio controls is different , your VY wheel will have to be ground off...

    Check oil displays when driving

    Try replacing your Alternator Voltage Regulator, sounds like your regulator/brushes are worn , New regulator about $45 from repco. Remove your old one from rear of alternator & take to Repco to match it up , as they sometimes differ on different models of alternators.

    Fan selector troubles

    You have a leak in the vacuum line to the controls somewhere , usually the little rubber hose that goes into the rear of the inlet manifold next to the brake booster vacuum line has come off or is cracked perished. Check for leaks under the dash area too in the rubber lines.

    Air conditioning switching on and off

    Sounds like the Fan speed resistor is on the way out. Can be changed but a fiddly job accessing it under the dash. They cost about $80 ex dealer , cheaper at wreckers. As well check the wiring plugs too behind the dash control unit.

    Could be your auto trans switch try it in Park & Neutral. Do you get the "OK" in the instrument cluster self test window when you turn ign on?? You may need to get a Tech 2 to re program your keys to the BCM.
