I quite like Bridgestone Potenza Adrenalin's (RE-001). haven't had any experience with yoko's or Falkens so cant really comment, but the Adrenalin's are bloody good tyre's... Prob not much help but thats my 2cents :-)

You want decent V8 racing.. BrUtes.. The V8 Ute's are still proper cars, with proper engines, and they have much better, more raw racing. Thats my 2 cents.

I have installed Stop/tail and indicator LED's in my VZ and its killed the T/c and Cruise con.... its quite strange though as it seems only to be the parkers doing it, if i start the car with no lights on all is fine, if i have my foot on the brake all is fine, if i turn on parkers or headlights...

If you get an SS inductions cold air box, Mace manifold insulator, Pacemaker extractors and an exhaust (i definitely recomend CHE's redback system) you'll be looking at 225 rwhp. Thats what mine has (plus its a manual with 3.08 diff ratio's instead of the stupid factory 2.8) and thats the power...

Touch too low for me, i recon their almost low enough standard (well the Sv6 and SS anyway) But it looks ok.

oh i also agree with the Flight sim bit, i used to use it to 'couch fly', the ground features in MS flight sim almost match identically to VTC/VNC/WAC. Dislike the cockpit visibility though, the aircraft tend to trim out level rather than slightly nose down so u cant really see all that well...

Just got thinking about the Alloytec 190 throttle body. Has anyone found any larger aftermarket throttle bodies? Cant imagine there common or cheap if they do exist but i'm curious all the same. (and yes i know that is you were to enlarge the throttle body u'd have to scrap the intake manifold...

in my opinion, fuel excise/tax should be a set dollar amount, not a percentage, it should be increased with inflation and nothing more.. why is it that 60% of what we pay is taxes.. so the price goes up a little per barrel and the pump price explodes, so at $1.50 per liter the fuel company makes...

As all us 6spd Sv6 owners know once the Alloytec produces 1nm more torque than factory the stock clutch is all but useless. Since i am in a situation that i'm sure many other's are in i decided to get some idea's off the guys who have "been there, done that, got the post card". The two options...

Yea as i can be bothered, and as cashflow allows.. not in a super hurry, but thats what i always say right before i get frustrated and start throwin money and time at it..

Amen to that, i'm in the same boat with the flywheel, about the same time frame too! What i'd do is get the tune etc. then order the clutch, that way you should get it just before the stock one gives up.. hopefully..

Sv6er, Fuel economy is slightly better, wouldn't say it amazing, but definitely better. Impulsev6, i see where your coming from, i'll post times once i get a chance to get back down to eastern creek :-) would like to pop on the raptor but... well maybe later :-) All i can say is its 10 times...

I just recently got Extractors/hi-flow cats/2.5" system done through CHE, also got the tune and I can honestly say its a completely different motor. For starters they do only a single 2.5" system as they have perfected this (apparently exhaust note much better than twin and the system works alot...
