You will need a dual @ 2.5". Most people either go dual 2.5" or dual 3", a single 2.5" would be far too restrictive. I have heard good things about Sureflo's single 3.5" systems though.

Tune, exhaust and I think the intake may be different. The engine is identical in each. The SS comes with a dual 2" from factory, the Clubsport come with a Dual 2.25". With all the usual mods done (mafless tune, 2.5" exhaust, OTR etc) they make the same power.

I'd say around the 220-240rwkw depending on the exhaust and tune.

Think you have that around the wrong way. Either way 300rwkw is going to take a reasonably big cam to achieve on a N/A LS1.

Your tune must be horrible. My VX A4 with Difillipo 2.5" cat back and 200cpi cats made 204rwkw. After tune and OTRCAI it made 229rwkw. With a decent tune and OTRCAI you should be making anywhere between 220-240rwkw through a manual.

Depending on cam size that seems like a pretty healthy reading. I made 229rwkw (auto) with tune, otr, cats and catback. That was up from 204rwkw before tune and otr. Car is much more lively now though, eventually though the bug will bite again and something is going to be done about stock cam...

Only ever towed a couple of times but it wasn't hard. Reversing took a little getting used to. Just take it easy and leave plenty of room for braking. It's recommended to leave the car in 3rd (in A4) rather than drive when towing. I assume it is to avoid the above happening.

Have Kumho KU31's on mine, wet and dry grips levels are pretty good. Not sure about wear though as they have only been on for a few thousands k's.

In QLD I'm pretty sure it goes on the overall diameter of the tyre, not the rim size. From memory it +15mm/-26mm of the stock diameter.

Same here. Difilippo 2.5" on mine and only complaint is it sits a little low. Clipped it a couple of times already, sounds nice though.

Not going to happen, unless all the VL drivers were useless. VLturbo has better power to weight and also produces more torque.
