    Im doing the vt hub and rotor swap on my VH and my right side has rust in it. Q: do I have to replace the whole strut or is the axle removable somehow? I dont think I can sand and polish the arm, can I?

    Dont port them on a mild street car. Unless you're stroking with hi comp and want to have it rev high. The restrictions from everything else will waste the efforts of having the heads done. $800 could be much better spent.
