    Bleeding L67 coolant system

From when i worked at a Holden i was taught start near throttle body and go in a clockwise direction so t/b s/c snout then metal rad hose to your left. You want to open the heater control and start the car to let the water cycle thru the engine.. l67's can be a #### to get right from the...

vt ls1 with vz 4l60e not shifting correctly 1st to 2nd.

Apparently the modules inside the box are different for the VZ 5.7lt boxes.. VT - VY are interchangeable but VZ is different again hence the issue that i was facing.

LS1 power train light coming on intermittently

Yes i read what he said. But for holden to say they cant find the problem is bullshit. I worked at a holden dealership and have had hands on experience with tech 2 etc. The fault code will be stored as a history dtc.

LS1 power train light coming on intermittently

I recommend having the car scanned when the problem occurs... before you start replacing sensors at will.. Even if the light comes on then goes off the code will still be stored as a history item so they will still be able to pick up what the problem is at a holden dealership or the likes of.

Yeah im aware of the PCM controlling the auto, The car has been tuned only has intake/ehxaust mods makes 300rwhp so not really a monster.. Might have to talk to my "tuna" tomorrow and see what he says..

vt ls1 with vz 4l60e not shifting correctly 1st to 2nd.

Hey guys brief run down, Car once upon a time had a $3,500 built 4l60e in it and shift points remapped by a good tuner etc etc. That box never lasted, so after a few times of them trying to repair it they put a crate gearbox for a VZ Monaro into it i verfied this buy checking the sticker...

    Captivity

your front springs wont fall out man they physically cant as such and they will only flop around (if not captive) when its jacked up and the suspension is let to fully hang. Chances of getting into a situation on the street is fairly slim unless you plan on doing jumps.

Loose connection possibly, faulty wiring somewhere by the sounds. But you should check the diagnostic trouble codes first might be something related there.

in need of gearbox torque converter info

change your fluid your gearbox needs x amount of pressure and x amount of throttle to get it to upshit. Old fluid loses its body even if it appears it on the stick as ok if you dont know when it was changed last chances are its been too long.

    vn commodore error light

Nah its not your piston travelling to far as that can never change, its just a simple low level sensor. It could be something as simple as your brakes are worn down heaps hence the low brake fluid level.

how to rear wing a vp?

you need to make yourself a template for the holes.. id assume 2 holes one side 3 holes the other.. measure out on the vehicle like previously mentioned and use the template to transfer over the markings for ur holes.. It should be pretty straight forward how to make sure its all even and lines...

They might look good but probably deflect under load ie braking... If you already have the bushes you might as well do them now ;) Adjustable radius rods are only really needed if you have to increase/decrease the castor setting
