how do u change clutch cable on vr v6 commodore

i was driving yesterday and the gears were real hard to get into! the clutch was getting closer and closer to the wall of the car and now it sits pretty much right up there! it cant be pushed in to change gears...what is wrong and what is the process to fix?? can anyone give me info on how to d.i.y

i hit a curb in my vy ss and bent the tyre i took the tyre off and the axle seems to be ok and the diff i dont not know what the other part is called its the black part the spring sits on it seems to be bent could someone tell me what this is called

i was driving and i slammed in into second gear, few hundred meters down just below my handbrake there was a large rattlle sound like something was getting caught, i stopped and had a look and it was the round metal part from the end of the tailshaft the rubber had snapped and now it sits down...
