Hey esassin, Thanks for the suggestions, I agree with you and just go classic red for the brake calipers. As for rear number plate lights i have put in white LED's and they look shmick, i do want that clean, tasteful, tough looking car. Whitewalls always look good new but i worry about them...

Hey mate, The shocks im not sure what the part numbers are but they are Pedders Short Throw Lowered Shocks. The rear springs are #2641. The front springs are #2274. They are Pedders Sportsryder Coil Springs too. ZOMBIE

$800, thats pretty good, where did you buy it from? You can buy the vz gaurd flutes from holmart and there is a how too here As for rims i say go as big as you can afford. I think 19" are a good size personally on the VZ. ZOMBIE

The Crystal Vision globes are in and they are awesome, nice bright white light. They make a huge difference. I'll try and get some photos up soon of them. Does anyone have any suggestions on exterior visual ideas?... im thinking painting the calipers and darker tint. ZOMBIE

Just ordered some Phillips Crystal Vision globes for all round, low beam, high beam and foggies. Cant wait to get them in and see the difference! Has anyone got any visual ideas for exterior which i could do to make it stand out from the crowd??? ZOMBIE

Yeah i think if i had a monaro i probably wouldn't do a conversion because the fact it would be a future classic but i would probably try and get the most out of it with engine mods. For the price you would pay on a LS3 conversion you should be able to get a few HP out of it, full exhaust, air...

LS3 conversion would be nuts but yeah do you alter a monaro, i dont know. What would you think of getting with more HP?? Depending what the car is and what its going to be used for obviously changes the ride height but i do think cars that are sitting low and level are awesome!! ZOMBIE

Hey RicheCV8, You should be fine with clearance with SL's in the front. What springs are you thinking about putting in? Your Monaro is sweet, but it would look the goods lowered. ZOMBIE
