Hi Dayvo Any photos of where you set up your catch can on your motor.

Car has done 68,650klms SV6 2008. I change the oil every 5,000klms Castrol Edge 5W/30. The oil change before this last one had 32MLS of oil from catch can but i was doing long highway driving for that period. The last oil change for the 50MLS was a lot of stop start driving only.

Just try one new globe first the relays should be ok really. The H7 globes don't last as long as a bigger H4 globe because they are smaller and get very hot. I know a few guys drill very small holes in the covers at the bottom end on the back of the headlight caps so more air ventilation gets...

Take out the headlight H7 Globes first to see if the elements are broken. I had both blown together at the same time when starting the car one night and it has never ever happened again.

Try changing the relay switch for A/C under the bonnet and the wires going to it, some have known to have faulty connection.

The PCV Valve connection clips off and on. On the side off the connection there Is an open slot (see Photo) you just gently pull the little clip sideways and at the same time pull up the valve connection, she comes off. Or you can just turn it by hand to the position you want.

Catch can photos of my setup on SV6 2008 commodore ute. Top arrow into catch can comes from PCV valve itself. Second arrow near bottom outlet of catch can joins cut PCV valve hose, which inserts into the manifold. Hope this helps

Just Changed the oil in the diff. You have to use a 5/16 or 8mm Hex tool to remove the plugs. The diff takes 1.4 litres of oil to fill useing only GM 92184900 or Castrol SAF Carbon Modified oil. There is a white sticker on the bottom of the diff with all info and ratio of diff etc. The fill and...

Has anybody had the drivers side plastic trim crack on the top edge side of seat where you adjust the seat to rock forward and back! Its on a SV6 2008 Ute only done 30,000klm Taking car in for warrantry for replacement.
