yes utes dont have three brake lights. what i mentioned earlier was specifically for my car. my car came out of the factory with three working brake lights, so at all times three working brake lights are needed. your car needs as many working brake lights it was fitted with when it came out...

you need three break lights, but if you have a spoiler on you have to have that one working as it blocks the view of the one in the rear window, hence if its not working and your aware of it you will get defected, and as I am a hopless liar, im not going to take that chance.

nah cause you can get difected for not having the spoiler break light working

Dont you love it when you find things that the previous owner did to your car.... Ok on closer inspection I found that the wiring for the spolier was completely ####ed. Hence the shorting. So now the spoiler is removed and now for a temp fix Im going to go buy some blank grommets for the holes...

Vp and VN are always going to get broken into sadly. they are just too easy, make your own immobiliser tuck it somewhere where no one can see or are going to think is there and maybe get some after market locks and maybe alarm system. Or alternatively just dont park it in the open in bad...

Ive seen so many people break their auto doing this. its not worth the pain replacing the transmission. Upshifting is fine, down shifting is a bad idea unless at low revs. in lay man's terms the transmission has a butler that helps you grab the next gear and down shifting at high revs breaks...

the only thing i can think of that i have a problem with is the glovebox sagging. and now i cant bloody stop looking at it!!! apparently from what i heard when they were making the molds for the glove boxes on the VY they didnt measure them up properly hence the sagging. Nothing i can do i guess...

What has he replaced it with? another redback? or something different? Ive heard good and bad things from people about redbacks but from my personal experiance i havent had a problem with them.

Hasnt pissed off still here. looking at what else to do with the car. runs nice... smelt good too till he got stuck in the flash flooding down at hallam. luckily we cleaned that **** up straight away.
