there is a screw on top of the head lights,,, if you do up or undo that screw it will adjust the height of the headlights.. i cant be 100 accurate about the locations or anything but yeah. hope this helps

i have similar problem.. even when iam starting the car.. try take your car somewhere quite and start the car feel if there is some sort of vibration throught out the car/steering wheel if there is,, i would probly think mounts especially tranny mounts or even drive shaft...
