Help fitting new head unit to a VX
The head unit wont fit into the bracket as its bowed as the top, see the pic. I was wondering how else to do it? Is the recommended way to pull the dash apart and drill some holes in the factory bracket and just screw the head unit into that? Cheers- MegaMan_2

Hi all, I'm trying to fit a new head unit into a VX Calais and was after some ideas on how other people have fitted theirs. I've tried to use the mounting bracket/cage that the head unit comes with. But it will not fit properly, and its such a tight fit that it bows a little and the head...- MegaMan_2

I've just bought the VX adaptor, and I'll wire it to the pioneer one. Only thing the VX adaptor doesnt have an illumination wire, do I just hook this to the Accessories wire? Thanks -
