I have the EXACT same problem, I have made the same repairs u have, no luck, I have heard that it may be IAC related, but I have no Idea how to find that or how to fix it. Do u know anything about this?

thanks mate, ive given the TB a good clean, and still no good, surges, stalls, my temp guage sits on about 1/4 on a normal drive - home from work etc. but has never risen to more than 1/2 way even when it overheated. is there a way to specifically clean the IAC without wrecking it? cheers

make your own out of MDF, it will sound better than any stock shelf, your speakers will have a better frequency response too, if you alreay have the holes for speaker magnets cut in your chassis you wont have to buy/make pods like I did, just screw them straight into theMDF. see here...

Thanks Bezz, yeh ive seen these around but they have a very small internal volume (< 1cu. ft.) which isnt ideal for the sub I am running, also they come made with only 2 max layers of fibreglass, very bendy and reduce the subs performance, id reccomend patching a few more layers on the inside...
