You have a problem with your lighting system. Lights should turn themselves off after a few minutes after turning the car off.

Get front sway bar D bushes and linkages checked. I had the same issue an it ended up being the linkages. They've been updated multiple times by Holden. The later ones seem to work well.

You'd also need the front bumper. The WM "Grill" is a part of the bonnet, where the VE has it as part of the bumper. As mentioned previously, every panel on a WM other than the front doors is different.

My 07 WM Caprice had an L98 (all VE autos were L98 until the displacement on demand came out in the L76) in it. Ended up with a cracked lifter at 245k. It's unfortunately common. Gearbox also had the bad 2-3 change. I replaced the motor with an LS3 and will replace the gearbox next year...

I'm not really sure what you are referring to. The bulbs are either xenon or not. The high and low beam function is done by a metal flap in the headlight, not the bulb, ie the bulb has no low and high beam capability. Looks like the dealer didn't use OEM ones.
