yes you can put any double din unit in..but your steering controls may not work with a china special..and maybe some of the advertised features of the head unit!!

You need a complete system (front panel and silver box behind it.) The berlina system does not have the colour graphics hardware installed so just adding a calais fascia will not work. Cheers

Check the white wire in position D5 of the power connector to the radio. This should normally read about 5 volts with no phone call and 0 volts on a call. You can manually ground this wire and see if the radio displays voice in. Otherwise, there is a white connector behind the glovebox that...

This is an internal issue with the unit...some of the SMD capacitors go resistive and cause it to stay on. Take it to a good technician and they should be able to rectify.

The installer you spoke to must not be up to speed with ve's! This nav system has nothing to do with the rear dvd. They are totally separate inputs - one is composite and the other RGB. Try another installer. cherers
