ok update....tried to get the 1-4 coil out but the you need a long bloody socket for the inner most bolt....all good my mate also sent a complete unit 3 coils on the dfi thing.......2 bolts and the wiring all done works a treat!! thanks for all the replys :)

ok looks like the coil pack is buggered ----the 1st coil pack its has 4 and 1 marked on it.....there is no spark coming from the prong on number 4 or number 1. I took the other leads off and checked and all good sparks from all the other prongs....so looks like the coil pack has **** itself...

thanks for the quick reply guys...the lead came off at the coil pack and when i hold it near the prong its ment to go on there's no spark..... on a side note can this damage the engine as i need to get the car home tonight after work approx 45k's

pretty easy fix put a resistor inline....so the flasher unit picks up the same resistance as a normal 15w globe

There is a setting in the dash computer that needs to be activated when you fit a towbar....i think it just decrease's the distance for the sensors as th towbar would poke out ---aprrox 200mm

well they say staff get 30% 0ff you got no chance of that so maybe try push 15% off and go from there...

lol i agree!! wish the budget could of stretched that little bit more :( But i have a sv6 sidi 2010 wagon. Only just hit 6000k's but all going great nice car to drive. I haven't had any issue's...which makes me think although its a new motor its still the VE shape and maybe MOST of the bugs...

its a video input so can't see why not??..but if you planning a camera on the front make sure you dont buy one thats reverse's the image

Hey guys, I have a hayman reece towbar to chuck on the sportswagon.Anyone know where the wiring loom conects to?? I have heard you buy a genuine wiring loom from holden that just plugs in somewhere??just wondering where?? Also on the off chance anyone have a part number for the loom bit...

I agree with the op, my VT calias has glove box and console lights--even pretty ones on each door and above each door and this is now 10years old!!! LOL ohhh and it plays mp3's. I would never pay RRP any if i didn't get a nice discount on the price would of never got the SV6, don't get me wrong...

Yeah i agree fog light looks shabby but the lights!!! I like em! Does anyone know fitting these to an Sv6 do you need any different wiring??, as they are the same as the ss lights with the projector light for low beam. If not is it like they say plug and play :)

Alot of people say the younger generation just want everything now!! big house, new car, etc etc....which many said led to the GFC. But personally i just think, no one seems to worry about debt nowadays.. OR maybe alot have links to staff prices???
